In an effort to reduce the environmental footprint of our heated gloves, we offer to repair the zippers on your gloves that are no longer under warranty. To do this, the return must include the product, accompanied by the after-sales service return agreement and the paid after-sales service order.
You will be given the address and delivery details on your returns form.

The repair is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of repair, and is strictly limited to the parameters of the repair carried out. For further information, please consult our general sales conditions.

Une véritable catastrophe ! Premier contact le 27 octobre 2021 avec le SAV un de mes gants est détérioré, j'ai demandé à 2 reprises s'il était possible d'échanger le gant défectueux je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. J'ai retourné la paire complète le 29 novembre, on me dit que ce n'est pas réparable, je demande à nouveau s'il est possible d'acheter un gant : pas de réponse, je demande le retour le 6 décembre, le 26 décembre je n'ai toujours rien reçu, je relance par téléphone et on me retourne ma paire de gants le 27 décembre… 2 mois jour pour jour pour traiter ce dossier !!!

au lieu d'un seul gant réparé le 2 ème a été lui aussi remis au standard actuel , et pour le même prix...c'est Noël , merci
