PRODUCT INFORMATION

HOW DO YOU CLEAN YOUR GLOVES?
- Do not put your gloves in the washing machine, as this could deteriorate the quality of the materials and treatments of your gloves.
- Use a mild soap such as Marseille soap to wash your gloves and a soft cloth.
- On leather gloves, you can use a very light glycerine soap to clean them, and then apply a leather milk to nourish them.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
HOW DO YOU KNOW YOUR GLOVE SIZE?
You can find out your glove size by entering your measurements when you are on a product page. You can also go to the page size guide.
I'm between two sizes, which one should I get?
It depends on the fitting you want but also on the composition of the glove. A leather glove will tend to get bigger over time, in this case, choose the smaller size instead.

Heated gloves

HOW TO CLEAN HIS HEATING GLOVES?
The heating gloves must not be machine-washed or completely immersed in water to wash them, as this would damage the heating system.
For outside use a damp cloth and a mild soap (like Marseille soap).
To deodorize the interior, you can use non-allergenic essential oils for contact with the skin or a deodorizer/disinfectant spray such as those used for shoes for example.
In any case, do not dry your gloves on a heat source (heating, wood stove, fireplace, etc.).
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY HEATED GLOVES?
When your heated gloves are not in use, take care to remove the 2 batteries and protect them from moisture to maximize their life.

For best use, turn on your heated gloves five minutes before taking them out.

Don't put your gloves on a hot surface to dry them (stove, fireplace, radiator...).

For further information, please read the instructions for the Racer heating gloves.
WHAT IS THE BATTERY LIFE?
Lithium being a fragile material and reacting to different factors (outside temperature, climate, respect of recharging cycles, etc), the autonomy observed is from 2 hours (for the highest intensity) to 6 hours (for the lowest intensity). Please note that using the boost mode of your gloves considerably reduces the autonomy of your batteries.
HOW LONG TO LEAVE HIS BATTERIES CHARGING?
Your charger is equipped with a led that changes from red (empty batteries) to green (charged batteries), please note that when the led changes to green, it means that the charge level is around 80%, so we advise you to extend the charge by about 1 hour from that moment.
DO I NEED TO LOAD MY GLOVES WHEN I'M NOT USING THEM?
When you are going to store your heating gloves for a long period of time (several weeks), it is important to :

- To put your batteries at a charge level of between 30% and 50%. This level is reached when the indicator on your glove flashes green.
- Store your batteries in a place not subject to high temperature (< 25°C). The lower the room temperature, the better the storage conditions (Wintering)
- To proceed one by one with a duty cycle (charge / discharge). Full charge then discharge up to the 30/50% threshold.
- To store your batteries in a metal or PVC box (to limit the risks in case of runaway, degassing and ignition).
